Where is my package?


Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an updated email with tracking information! If you cannot find this email or are unsure, please reach out in the Fuzzy app (www.fuzzy.sh)




Why are you asking for my credit card information if it is free?


The first month of flea medication is free up to 2 doses per household. After that, in order to continue your pet's monthly medication, we will charge your card each month and ship a new dose! You also have access to add other supplements and products that are not included in the offer, so this way we can send out your products as soon as you order! You can cancel anytime after receiving your first order by using the "Manage" link in your original confirmation email. Please reach out in the Fuzzy app with any additional questions.




How can I pause my subscription?


You can reach out to our digital team in the Fuzzy app to help manage your subscription if you wish to pause or restart for any reason.




Why does my pet still have fleas?


These medications are meant to prevent fleas. If your pet already has fleas, or you have an active infestation in your home, there are more steps to take to ensure full clearance of the flea issue. It can take 3-4 months to get through the full flea lifecycle from egg to adult- a single dose of preventative medication will not be effective for killing large flea populations. This means that the preventative medication should be applied to ALL pets in the household once monthly, for a minimum of 3 months. We also recommend vacuuming daily to help remove flea eggs and environmental treatment if you live in an area where wildlife or feral cat populations could be continuously bringing fleas into your yard. If the medication is still not effective, you may live in an area where the fleas have become immune to the active ingredient, common in coastal areas and mild climates. In that case, seek advice from your veterinarian or use the Fuzzy app to ask advice for the next steps to beating your flea problems!




When is my next payment due?/ Can I change my payment date?


Your payments are scheduled each month based on your first order. If you'd like to change your payment date, please contact the digital team in the Fuzzy app!




How do I cancel?


You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account using this link. Please know, you MUST cancel your subscriptions using the link above, or your account will be charged again for future shipments. If you need further assistance, you can reach out to our digital team in the Fuzzy app to help manage your subscription if you wish to only pause or restart for any reason.




How can I edit my pet's weight?


To edit your pet's weight and change the dose of flea medication, please contact our digital team in the Fuzzy app to ensure your pet is getting their correct medication!




Can I pause just one product in my subscription?


Unfortunately, no. Please reach out to our digital team in the Fuzzy app to help find the best way to manage shipment frequencies.




How do I contact Fuzzy about my order/questions about the Healthpacks?

How do I add another pet?


You can add a new pet by using the "Manage" link in your confirmation email from your first order. This will allow you to add new pets, enter their information, and confirm the products you'd like to order. If you have already received the first month of free flea medication, this will not apply to any new pet added to your account. Contact the digital team in the Fuzzy app with any questions!
